Email bean@heybeanapp.com for account access, privacy, billing, security, accessibility, bug reports, or product questions. Include the account email and a concise description, but never send a password, authentication code, full card number, or highly sensitive content.
Common requests
- Account access: use the password-reset flow first. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Account deletion: use Settings in the app or follow the account deletion instructions. Cancel an active subscription before deleting.
- Subscription, voice-time, or billing: use Settings → Plan & billing if HeyBean billed you. If a marketplace processed the purchase, use that marketplace’s subscription controls. See Subscriptions & Refunds.
- Privacy request: identify the right you want to exercise and your jurisdiction. We may verify identity. See the Privacy Policy.
- Calendar connection: use Settings → Calendars to turn off automatic updates, sync manually, or disconnect. Disconnecting removes HeyBean’s credentials or saved calendar link and stops future HeyBean access. Existing provider copies remain; remove an unwanted copy in Google or Microsoft.
- Bean or voice concern: describe the date, platform, and unwanted result without repeating unnecessary sensitive content. See the AI & Voice Notice.
- Security report: use the subject “Security report” and provide reproduction details. Do not access another person’s data or disrupt the Service while investigating.
Response and urgent matters
Support is not continuously monitored and response times are not guaranteed. HeyBean is not an emergency or dispatch service. If there is an immediate risk to life, safety, property, or a time-sensitive legal right, contact the appropriate emergency service, provider, financial institution, legal professional, or other responsible party directly.
